Mount Nebo memorial symbol
This memorial is in Madaba ,south of Amman .It symblises the vision of prophet Moses when he come to Jordan from Eygpt. He looked to the Holy Land (Jerusalem) in Palestine , but he died there before reaching it.
On a clear day, you can sea the mountains of Jerusalem and Bethlehem .
The bronze memorial of a snake symbolizes the serpent lifted up by Moses in the desert, and well as crucifixion of Jesus.
This is according to Jesus himself,"The Son of Man must in the wilderness, so that everyone who has faith in him may posses eternal "(John 3:14-15).
